After you launch a campaign and users submit responses, you can analyze them and provide feedback to users.
Home
The first step to analyze your campaigns is the home page of Engagement Surveys. This summarizes all the results of active and completed campaigns based on the questions categories, i.e. global score. In addition, the current campaigns and the improvement potentials & strengths are listed.
Global score
Here you will first find the global score in the area on the left, which shows the average of all given answers to quantitative question types.
Underneath you have a graph that shows the progression of the global score. This allows you to assess whether you tend to improve or worsen.
And below this graph is the average of the assigned values per defined category of questions.
Note:
Only responses to quantitative question types are included here.
To the right of this you can then click on the "Display" button to view all other categories (indicated by "+X category").
Note:
For a category to be displayed, at least one question in the category must have been answered by more than five people.
Strengths & Weakness
Below the global score you will find the improvement potentials and strengths. These are the questions answered with the highest (strengths) and the lowest (weakness) average score.
Campaigns
And to the right of the global score you will find a short overview of the campaigns. This contains on one hand, a graph with the number of responses to your campaign, and on the other hand, the currently running and the soon to start campaign.
Campaign results
If you want to know the results for a specific campaign, you first have to go to Campaigns and then click the "Results" button for the desired campaign.
You can then view the questions answered with corresponding interactive graphs, the target group and the participation rate.
Note:
Only results and graphs for a question are displayed if at least five users have answered this question.
You can also adjust the displayed result to your needs by setting filters and attributes on the left side.
Compare campaign results
First, for each repeated question, you can use the interactive graph to view former results of the question.
On the other hand, you can also set individual filters and compare them with each other. To do this, you have to pre-select a filter in the filters on the left and then click on the crosshairs button.
You will then see a comparison of the campaign questions based on the target group created by the filter. This target group is compared with the entire organization and can be adjusted by further filters if necessary.
Last but not least, you can also compare the results of your campaign based on the filters and individual questions. To do this, click on the "Explore results" button on the left under the filters in the results of the desired campaign.
Note:
In this view you also have the option to export the results of a question. Click on the download button behind the question. More about "Export & Download" can be found further down in the article.
Question results
If you want to know the results for a certain question category, you first have to go to Answers and then you can select the desired question category in the upper area.
Then you can see the overall score of the category and the answered questions with corresponding graphs, the target group and the participation rate of the selected category.
Note:
Graphs are only displayed for a question if at least five users have answered that question.
You can also adjust the displayed result to your needs by setting filters and attributes on the left side.
Export & Download
If you want to export the displayed results of a campaign or question category, you can do it at any time using the "Download a report" button on the left side below the filters.
You have the options for the report:
- Report title
- File type (PDF or PPTX)
- Language (Automatic or one of your activated languages)
After about 30 seconds the report will be created and downloaded.

FAQ
Why are exact details not displayed for less than five responses?
This is one of the measurements we use to ensure the anonymity of users. However, the responses of these users are taken into account and integrated into the overall results.
To get the most out of the results, we recommend that you take this into account when designing campaigns by ensuring that each filter attribute has at least five users or more associated with it.
