If you have purchased COYO Custom (on-premises), you will be entitled to an installation package. That means we will install COYO with you on your server. Please check all requirements, before you ask for an appointment. You can find out the exact requirements and the process here:
You must provide a running Linux operating system including firewall permissions for the installation of Docker and COYO (according to the Installation guide).
The user directory which can be connected with COYO, if required, must be prepared and functional (according to Import user directory into COYO). As user directories to be connected COYO supports
- Active Directory,
- Microsoft Graph,
- Google Workspace.
COYO does not take over the installation of third party services (e.g. AD, ADFS from Microsoft, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace).
The single sign-on service which can be connected with COYO, if required, must be prepared and functional (according to Set up authentication provider). COYO supports services based on OpenID or SAML 2.0 as Single Sign-On services to be connected.
COYO does not take over the installation of third party services (e.g. SAML, SAML just-in-time, OpenID Connect).
Furthermore, we need access to your server so that the installation can be performed remotely.
If you have already fulfilled the requirements and would like to make an appointment for the installation, or if you have any general questions about the process, the best thing to do is to write us a ticket via the service desk ("Contact service" button at the top right).
If you have any questions, we can arrange an appointment with our technicians in advance. The exact date for the installation can also be arranged via the ticket.
If all requirements are met, the installation by our technicians will probably take half a day.
