With COYO Analytics, you gain important insights into user behavior and the performance of your posts.
Created content and content performance
Two very detailed reports can be seen on the dashboard: Created content and content performance. These two reports evaluate all created content in your Digital Home. This gives you a great insight into what kind of content is created and how the individual content goes down with your users, how it performs.
Created content
The metric for created content indicates, how many Timeline posts have been posted in the selected period and how many Blog and Wiki articles have been written.
In graphs, you are shown in detail what type of Timeline posts there were.
A distinction is made here between pure text posts (+1 for text) or posts that have an image (+1 for images), a video (+1 for videos), or a file (+1 for files) attached.
Tip:
Are you unsure what exactly lies behind the individual evaluations?
Hover over the questions marks for explanatory texts.
Content performance
The report for performance evaluates how successful individual content was. Blog and wiki articles and timeline posts also count towards content.
You can sort here as you like. The top 5 posts are always shown, whereby the list can be expanded using the button "Show more".
Note:
The range and the engagement rate can only be calculated for posts that have been posted after March 1, 2021. This is linked to the implementation of the database in our product.
Comparing reports
Reports always refer to the most recent data that COYO Analytics can access. Minor inaccuracies between created reports can occur when older reports are compared to newer ones. As an example: 99% of your data is directly available through COYO Analytics, but 1% of the numbers may be added later because mobile devices such as smartphones do not continuously transmit their data. This mainly affects metrics such as visits.
We therefore recommend that you always create the reports to be compared for older periods on the same day. This way, your data is up to date and easier to compare.
Note:
If the difference between the figures is still significant (i.e. more than approx. 5%), please contact our service desk so that we can analyze the root causes together.
