The COYO app also serves as a secure alternative to chat for your company. Instead of using standard messengers during everyday working life, you have a GDPR-compliant communication method in the COYO app.
There isn’t always time to write everything down in the chat. You can also communicate by voice message within the COYO app.
To do this, simply open the desired chat and tap on the microphone icon once. Once you’re finished recording your voice message, you can either send it or delete it again.
The voice messages can only be listened to via the COYO app. You get a notification in the browser view that you’ve receive a voice message:
Voice messages don’t require a separate permission and are available to all users. As a result, it isn’t currently possible to deactivate the receipt and sending of voice messages.
