Christmas is approaching. With a little CSS, you can now spread some festive cheer in your Digital Home:
- Christmas garlands,
- Santa hats, and bushy beards on profile pictures,
- snow flurries throughout COYO.
We make it easy for you: Below the article, you can find the CSS file to download. You need to open the file in a corresponding program, copy the entire code, and paste this into the Administration under Themes:
The code is divided into sections. If you don’t want one of the Christmas elements, you can remove the corresponding paragraph. The individual sections begin wherever the title is commented with the symbols /* */ .
/* set snowy background and animate */
Note:
You do not require any CSS knowledge to add the code to your COYO. If you want to make changes, we nevertheless recommend you ask a colleague who’s familiar with CSS.
Please note that animations are a continuous process in the background. We have placed a great deal of emphasis on performance and hope that there won’t be any delayed loading times. If your users should nevertheless communicate this to you, it’s worth removing the snow from the CSS code.
Note:
The Christmas CSS theme works from COYO version 25.
