You can report error messages within Haiilo to us via a ticket. The more precisely you describe the malfunction, the easier it is for us to reproduce this and thus to help you. For our technicians, it’s very helpful to see which processes are running in the background. This can be seen in a HAR export of the Network tab under Developer Tools in the browser. In this guide, we’ll show you how to create a HAR export for common browsers:
Chrome
- Open the corresponding Haiilo page in your browser.
- Right-click on an empty area in the window and select the option "Inspect". A new area appears in the browser window.
- Select the "Network" tab.
- Reload the page manually with CTRL+R to start the console. If you now replicate the problem, various list entries appear in the left-hand menu of the console, with at least one entry shown in red.
- Export the content of the browser Developer Tools as a HAR file. This option is shown with an arrow button.
- Send us the file via a ticket.
