There are three system languages available to you in COYO by default: German, English, and Dutch. Within these system languages, you have the opportunity to customize formulations according to your corporate language. You can find out how here.
If these three system languages are not sufficient for you, you have the opportunity to expand your COYO with further languages. You can activate the desired language in Administration under "Languages".
However, this will not provide you with an automatic translation. There are two possibilities available to you:
- You customize all of the translations directly in COYO by hand.
- You have us export the language keys and give the list e.g. to a translation agency for translation.
The customer usually chooses the second version. We often receive requests to export the language keys to pass these on to a translation agency for translation. You can request this service from us as a consulting service.
How exactly does that work? You receive a CSV file from us with the current language keys. Once everything is translated and the file has been sent back to us, we can reimport these translations via CSV file.

Please note that continuous changes are made to the current language keys and new language keys are even added to the product. We keep you up to date on the changes in the release notes. So, if you have renamed language keys or are using a language that is not included by default, you will need to customize the corresponding language keys.
