The forum app in COYO is used to address certain questions and topics and to discuss them with several people. Once a suitable answer has been found, the topic is closed.
You can add the app to your page or community via "Create app". The prerequisite for this: You are the admin of the page/community or you have global admin permissions.
"Create a new thread" allows you to create a new topic. Each member of your page or community can create a new thread.

You then simply give your topic a title and describe your concern or goal. "Publish thread" creates the topic.

Status of topics
Next to the title of the topic, you can see whether the topic is still open or already closed. The creator of the topic or an admin can close this at any time. This can be done either directly in the post or in the topic overview using the three dots.
Users can add as many responses to a post as they like as long as the topic is open.

Note:
You can no longer customize the explanatory text for your topic after it has been created.
Once created, a topic can only be deleted or closed.
