All about the profile
Under "My Profile > Info", every user has extensive options for completing their personal information. This makes your COYO more personal and also offers personalized information about every employee. We recommend you provide a body of information in the profile. This absolutely includes a friendly and easily recognizable profile picture and contact details.
It’s never been easier to find internal experts: With COYO, it’s now possible for you to find the required information and expert knowledge about colleagues. To do this, use our global search. COYO searches through all of your colleagues’ profiles for you and shows you the contact details for everyone who can help you.
How to make it even faster: An Active Directory makes it possible to synchronize many fields automatically when setting up COYO. Common examples of this are the job title, department, or location of an employee. This saves your colleagues from having to do extra work and ensures that the information you have specified is always available.

Make COYO more personal: Show who you are
COYO is a social intranet, so it’s brought to life through interaction among colleagues and also by people quickly finding like-minded people in the company. This is why there are additional fields in the profile such as expertise, languages, or interests.
So, you might get to know completely new sides to your colleagues by taking a look at their profile: Which languages do they speak? Do they perhaps have the same interests? Which social network do they use?
All of this information gives, in our example, Verenas’s colleagues the opportunity to get to know her better and quickly find out whether she is the right contact person for their inquiry.
