The license will always be generated by us for you as soon as the corresponding invoice has been paid.
Afterwards you can collect the new license from us via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The license can be edited or viewed only by your administrators, or the colleagues who have the "Haiilo license/subscription management" right.
To do this, open the administration of your Haiilo Home and go to: "Administration" > "Server Info and License".
Here you will find the most important information about your registered license:
- Status (is the license active?)
- License key (what is the entered license key?)
- User limit (how many users are created?)
- Server ID (what is the server ID of this Haiilo Home?)
- Version (which version does this Haiilo Home use?)
- Order ID (which order ID do you have?)
As long as your product does not contain a license key, the view looks like this:
After you have entered and confirmed the key under License Key, the key is validated. If the validation is successful, the status color changes to green and you can see your user limit on the bar.
This shows how many users you can add to your Haiilo under your license:
If you need to change the license you have entered, you can simply do it in the administration.
If you need a new license because the server ID has changed, you need to contact us via email@example.com so that we can provide you the new license key.
