In order for all users to have optimal profile and title images, we recommend the following aspect ratios:
- Profile picture: Aspect ratio of 1:1 (min. 1000x1000px)
- Cover picture: Aspect ratio of 107:18 (min. 2140x360px)
Image files are downscaled for display in Haiilo Home. So the profile picture is displayed with 160x160px and cropped as a round image. And the cover picture measures 1184x197.33px and is thus a narrow section.
Note:
The maximum image size is 10MB.
If you select a profile picture that has another format, this is not a problem: You see a zoom window when you upload the file.
You can simply make the section of the image larger or smaller.
The same applies to the cover picture: If a new cover picture is uploaded, a smaller or larger section can be chosen within the graphic.
