In the Administration within COYO, you can filter the various user types according to their status. To do this, go to "User administration" and click on the filter symbol.
- Active users:
These users are full members in your COYO. They have been activated by an admin, have accepted the terms of use (if you use any), and can log in. - Inactive users:
These users have already been created by an admin or synchronized with the Active Directory, but aren’t activated yet and so can’t log in. This category only occurs if you don’t use any terms of use. - Hidden users:
These users are activated but haven’t logged into COYO for the first time yet and haven’t (yet) accepted the terms of use. These users can log in after accepting the terms of use. - Deleted users:
These users have been removed from your interface by an admin. You decide what happens to deleted users afterwards. In Administration, you can specify under "General settings" whether a deleted user should be anonymized. Simply add a tick for this.
If the tick hasn’t been placed, the real name is retained in posts within COYO. A user profile is no longer saved.
