New homepages can be created in Administration under "Homepages". You also have the option there of editing existing homepages (e.g. the names or visibility).

How can you create a homepage?
Click at the top right on "Create homepage" to add a new homepage to your digital home.
First assign a name to the new homepage. Then assign editors to this homepage – users who should have permission to edit the homepage. You can specify individual editors for every homepage.
As the last step, set the visibility. You have the option of choosing between two visibilities: public or private. A public homepage is seen by every user of your digital home. A private homepage can only be accessed/seen by selected users or user groups. This allows you, where reasonable, to create and publish different homepages for different target groups.
Advanced settings
In the advanced settings, you have the option of adding and linking a user-defined URL (e.g. to external websites). This is then opened instead of the homepage. To do this, enter the URL of the page that you want to use as the "homepage" in Haiilo.
However, our users usually use the homepage(s) for targeted and transparent communication within Haiilo.
Tip:
Are you already live and want to add a new homepage? No problem! If a homepage is still under construction and users shouldn’t be able to see it yet, you can simply remove the check mark next to "Activate homepage". Add it again once the homepage is finished to make it accessible to (authorized) users.

How can you change the order of the homepages?
You can arrange the homepages however you like using "drag & drop". The homepage in the top row is always shown first.
To customize the arrangement, first hover the mouse over the name of the homepage that you want to move. Two arrows appear and the mouse pointer changes to a cross. Now simply click on the arrows until the row turns gray and move the homepage to the desired area.
