Some parts of the e-mails from COYO can be customized. You can find out what exactly you can do here.
You require certain permissions for this (access to Administration, "Manage languages", "Manage themes").
The colors of the e-mail match the theme settings that you set in Administration.
You have the option of customizing the linguistic content of your e-mails. To do this, go to Administration and the area "Languages". Search in "Translations (interface)" for the labels "email.email_notification" and "email.email_welcome" and amend these accordingly.
Heading and content
The heading of the e-mails is taken from the network name, i.e. the name of your digital home.
You cannot currently customize the precise content of the e-mails and their level of detail.
If you want to customize the content of the welcome e-mail, it’s sensible to look for "email_welcome" in the language settings of the COYO Administration.
The results shown here change the essential content of the e-mail.
No changes can be made for customers who are in our Cloud as, in this case, there is a single sender. This cannot be customized individually for different instances.
It’s possible to change the sender of the e-mail here. This can be done with the help of the ".env file" in your COYO installation directory. This is how it works:
- Go to your COYO directory
- Open the .env file with this command:
- Edit the parameter "COYO_MAIL_FROM="
- Restart the backend container with these steps:
