The statistics in Haiilo help you to generally manage your digital home. In the Administration area, you can access reports on the following areas:
- User accounts
- Active users
- Created content
- Popular search terms
What do the statistics show?
Each report appears with a delay one day later in the Haiilo Administration area.
Reports can be viewed with the corresponding permission under: "Administration" > "Statistics".
Reports can be viewed with the corresponding permission under: "Administration" > "Statistics".
We’ll explain to you what each of the evaluations is used for:
- User accounts:
These statistics show you the development of registered users in your interface using their current account status. - Active users:
This report shows you how many individual users were active each day. The statistics record each time the page is actively accessed, regardless of whether users are permanently logged in. Each user is also only counted once a day, even if they access Haiilo more often.
Note:
An "Active User" in Haiilo is a user who has accessed the "/api/me" endpoint. This happens, e.g. when logging in or reloading a page. In short: In principle, logging in is enough for a user to be shown as active. Interaction with the system is not essential. - Created content:
Here you can get an overview of how many posts, which kind, have been created per day. The statistics record all named entities. In specific terms, this means: Each new element or each post that’s added is also counted towards the statistics on that day. - Popular search terms:
These statistics make it possible for you to see what users in your Haiilo are interested and, based on that, how they use Haiilo. You can see which are the popular search terms, as well as which sentences are often used.
Can I also add my own statistics (or have them added by someone else)?
No further statistics are currently included by default. You have the option of integrating a tracking code. You enter this under "Administration" > "General settings".

You can find out what you need to bear in mind and how it works here. Please remember that generating, managing, and indicating the results of this tracking are your responsibility.
Note:
In-depth insights can be gained by integrating an external tool. What elements you can track here in detail depends on what the respective provider offers and is outside our scope of influence. As a result, we recommend you call in a partner if you can’t find any experts in the field within your company.
Which elements can generally be tracked?
Broadly speaking: All elements with their own https address can also be tracked.
Two examples to help illustrate this:
- A blog app or a wiki app has its own URL, so the number of clicks can be counted.
- For a single blog article, it’s not possible to track how often it was downloaded as, although it has an ID, it doesn’t have a URL.
Do you have examples of what such reports might look like for very active users?
To give you a feeling of what these statistics might look like, we can show you this example of an interface with around 150 user accounts.
This client is very active and engages in 90% less e-mail communication, as he uses Haiilo instead.
For data protection reasons, we’re only able to show you two examples with neutral data (i.e. no "search queries" and "Popular search terms").
