Haiilo offers you the option of assigning different visibilities to pages. This takes place either when the page is created or later on in its settings.
The creator/administrator of a page can set the visibility of this page. The initial creator of the page is automatically also the administrator. This person can also appoint additional administrators, who should help to edit this page.
Tip:
You require certain permissions for this ("Create pages" + "Edit pages").
What visibilities are available?
- Public pages and their content can be viewed, subscribed to, and found in the search by any user in Haiilo.
- Private pages and their content can only be viewed, subscribed to, and found in the search by users selected by the page creator/administrator.

Note:
By selecting "Auto-subscribe", the creator/administrator automatically assigns this page to certain user groups or all users. The set visibility is thus inherited. You can find out more about "automatic subscription" in the corresponding article.
