Depending on the size of your project team, you should create more or fewer workspaces. The smaller the team, the better it is if you first keep the number of workspaces small and the users themselves find out how and for what workspaces are best suited.
Initial workspaces for important teams/departments
A proven procedure is to create workspaces with initial apps for the most important teams or departments and to invite the corresponding target group. An inviting post and initial content make it easier to get started and take away the "fear" of the first post, because: It is initially easier to read and link content than to become active in the new environment. Find out more about how this can look like here.
All beginnings are difficult, so it is a good idea to offer users help on COYO in COYO. Why not with a workspace? Your internal COYO experts can, for example, answer upcoming questions with a forum app and thus also get other users to contribute their ideas and answers. With an additional wiki, you have the possibility to provide CI-compliant guides to important functions. More apps can be added here. Read more about an example here.
