How and where can I create new users?
If you have the appropriate rights in the Administration > User Administration area or if you are a Superadmin, you can create new users in the administration.
You can add new (local) users here by clicking on the corresponding button. Fill in the mandatory fields (name, first name, e-mail address) and send a welcome e-mail with the access data to the new user. Have fun!
Note: Every user has - even if you do not intend to - the so-called standard role. This defines a minimum game frame for your user in which he or she may perform actions within the platform. You can limit or extend the rights of the default role in the administration.

What does the interface for adding users look like?
Adding users is very easy, all you have to do is fill in the required fields. If you forget one field, you will receive a message.
Tip: If possible, you should activate the users directly and generate an automatic password for security reasons.

Why am I unable to find the new user after creation?
First check if the new user is already activated. For this purpose, a small check mark must be set in the user profile. You can easily find out if the user in question is already activated by filtering for inactive users in the user administration. Just click on the filter icon and select the filter "Show inactive". There you can also activate the user later on.
Can I send a welcome e-mail afterwards?
The procedure in COYO is designed so that a welcome e-mail for new users can only be generated and send when creating and inviting a new user. A second, subsequent dispatch is therefore currently not possible.
Why is a user hidden and not active at first?
Users who have not yet accepted or have already rejected the activated terms of use are displayed as "hidden". This means, if terms of use are stored in COYO and the option "Newly created users are hidden in the system until they have accepted the terms of use" is set, then the users are displayed as "hidden" until they accept the terms of use.
