The "New Colleagues" widget shows you all new users you have not followed yet. The suggestions in the widget are sorted by the date on which the users were created, with the newest users appearing at the top. 

At first, only the three most current users are displayed, via the three dots below you can load as many additional users as you like, who have just added themselves to the platform. There is no time limit, for example not only the new users of the last three months are displayed.
