
From time to time our customers report, that COYO rejects the Internet Explorer as outdated. If you get this error message in a new Internet Explorer version (e.g. V. 11), this usually has another reason: some functions that COYO requires are deactivated.

- Check your browser settings: particularly the settings for "cookies", "LocalStorage", "SessionStorage", "websockets" and "media queries" are of interest.
- Open the developer tools within the tab where the problem occurs and enter the command "Modernizr" and hand in the result as a service request to us. Our technicians are then able to check directly what's amiss and can see which settings need to be enabled.
