When configuring your rights in the workspaces area, the question always arises: Which rights should the users have?
From our point of view, the answer to this question is relatively clear: Let your employees create workspaces on their own! The first way for employees to accept the new platform is that they can get to know the interface themselves and create, edit and manage their own elements.
Why give users so much freedom?
Rights for admins
Inviting groups should be reserved for admins only. Why? When inviting to a workspace, users should always invite only the really relevant members. Also the right to invite external users should be with the admin. So you build in a kind of examination option. The admins also have the right to manage categories and delete workspaces.
