Which sizes or resolutions are recommended?
For documents, you should be aware that the larger the document, the longer it may take to generate a preview, upload and download it. Theoretically, this is the limit of your storage space, the performance of your clients and the speed of your Internet connection.
The following applies to images: we deliberately do not specify a minimum or maximum resolution, as our customers have clients with very different performance levels. If you should notice another element, please send us an inquiry! We determine the value and publish it here.
Are there name requirements?
No, you are completely free here. But remember: The shorter and more meaningful the name, the easier it is for users to identify the right element for them.
Important notice
You need a file that has a stored format when uploading! Avoid changing file extensions manually, e.g. from.png to.jpg, because important elements can break.
