Prerequisites to use the chat
This function has to be activated via the rights and role system, some companies decide to activate the chat later. If you can't see a chat on the right side of your COYO interface, this function is not currently enabled for you. In this case, please contact your team leader or the project team and clarify the possibilities.
How do I start my first chat?
Click on the small plus sign and you are directly in the list of all active users of your company - you can now either start a 1:1 chat by clicking on the respective person, or you can start a group chat by selecting the corresponding function.
How do I add more chats?
Just click the plus sign again and choose the appropriate option - it's the most recent chat at the top of your list of chats.
