Report a bug
Open our Helpdesk and select the option "Report bug". The form will guide you through the steps. In this way we can record the error, reproduce it and make it recognizable and correctable for development.
Especially easy to understand is an error when you record a video, which steps you take up to the error. Ideally, you should also like to run the browser developer tools, as these record the occurring errors technically.
Priorities by type of bug
- Blocker: A service is completely down, business-critical applications are not available, there is no workaround.
- High: A service or a single component of the service has significant quality limitations.
- Medium: A service runs with restrictions but is available or a workaround exists.
- Low: A service runs without restrictions regarding functionality, quality or performance. General requests or other kinds of problem.
That happens with the bug
After you have reported the bug, our COYO specialists will take a close look at your report and follow it up. We will test it with your browser, your device and the latest COYO version if we have this information. We will try to reproduce the exact error so that we can create a developer ticket. To fix the bug, it is very important to understand exactly which action or component triggers the bug.
As soon as we are able to recognize and describe the error, the ticket receives the status "Accepted" and is handed over to development for further processing and correction. As soon as they start it, it receives the status "In Progress". After completion of the code work (status "Code Review"), it goes through a two-stage or multi-stage quality assurance cycle (status "Quality Review"), during which attention is paid to whether the behavior has been corrected and whether there are any interactions. Only then is the delivery to you (status "Merge & Ship") prepared. As soon as the solution is available (Cloud) or can be installed (Enterprise) you will receive a notification from us, informing you of the final COYO version.
