Can I change the size of my license?
Yes, you have the option to reduce or increase your license size. As a Cloud customer monthly, as an Enterprise customer annually. Please contact your personal sales manager at COYO in order to do so.
What happens to my data if I resign from my subscription?
When you end the subscription, COYO can provide you with the data generated by you on the platform on request. This is usually done in written form on a suitable storage medium. Please note that a fee may apply here depending on the effort involved.
Which users are counted in the license?
All active users (both external and non-external users) are counted in the license. This means that all inactive, hidden and deleted/anonymous users are not counted.
It can take up to an hour for a change in the number of users to be displayed in the license.
